Freshman Michael Brinegar won the 500 yard freestyle at the IHSAA Men’s State Championships. The swim meet was held at IUPUI’s Natatorium on Feb. 28th, 2015.

“I went a 4:24.92 at state” Brinegar said, “I was seated second going to Saturday finals. My favorite part was after I won my team came over and congratulated me. It was awesome.”
